Our products are handmade and may have minor variations in appearance or that do not affect their use or safety. Normal wear and tear, minor dimensional variations, wrapping bumps or imperfections, and stitching variations are to be expected. In the rare event that there is a legitimate manufacturing issue or defect, we will work with you to provide you with a comparable replacement. Failure to follow recommended washing instructions may result in damage that may compromise the performance, functionality, or integrity of the product. Failure of the customer to follow the washing instructions provided by the manufacturer may void the warranty on the affected product. Coshen reserves the right to verify the cause of the damage through inspection of the product. Please review these terms carefully for important terms and conditions.
