Delivery Charges
Standard delivery is free for all European countries, the United Kingdom and the United States. Express delivery is available for an additional fee.
Standard delivery and handling charges apply to all other locations. Shipping and handling charges vary depending on the item(s) being shipped, third party charges, local taxes and duties, and location.
Delivery Times
Please note that the standard processing time is 1-2 business days before your item is shipped.
Standard shipping times for delivery to the United States, Europe and the United Kingdom are approximately 5-9 business days after leaving our warehouse. Express delivery takes 1-5 business days.
Coshen is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third party, government or customs delays, or weather conditions, air traffic delays, transit delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Return and Exchange Policy
30-Day Returns and Exchanges
You may return all items in their original packaging for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Purchases must be made directly from Coshen. Customers are responsible for all shipping, handling, customs and fees associated with any returns or exchanges.
